This wine is made by 100% marzemino grapes, an indigenous varietal in which Eugenio rosi specialises. The same as hi Poiema or Doron. cabernet sauvignon is only used in his esegesi. Hi Matteo, not quite true, I checked with Eugenio, this is based on Merlot, Cabernet and Marzemino, effectively from the vineyards that produce fruit for Esegesi and Poiema, most importantly, it tastes delicious!
