This exceptional Cremant is made from 100% Chardonnay and made without any addition of dosage and the absolute minimum of sulphur (none in some years). Characterised by clean fruit, fine bubbles and an elegant finish, this is surely a rival for many a more illustrious sparkling wine. Laurent and Celine decided early on that they had to invest to make everything at the property instead of sending their juice to a “champagnisateur”, as is often the fashion with sparkling wine producers.
