Durkee Beef Stroganoff Seasoning Mix

Description Additions: 1 lb beef sirloin or round steak, cut into thin strips 1 tbsp vegetable oil 1 pkg. Durkee Stroganoff sauce mix 1 cup cold water 1/2 cup sour cream cooked noodles or rice (optional) Cooking Directions: 1. Brown beef in a large skillet until cooked. 2. Stir Durkee Stroganoff sauce mix, water, and sour cream into meat. 3. Bring to boil; stirring constantly. Reduce heat; simmer, stirring 1 minute or until thickened. 3. Serve over noodles or rice, if desired.
