Description Directions: Moisten up to 2 pounds of chicken thoroughly in egg wash OR ice cold water. Coat chicken completely in Coating Mix. Shake off excess and place chicken in air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 400°F degrees for 10 to 15 minutes (375°F for 15-20 minutes for bone-in). Flip chicken halfway through cooking time. Chicken should be golden brown and have an internal temperature of 165°F.
