Garlic mustard. Native European hedgerow plant growing to 1.2 m (4 ft) high. The leaves are edible with a garlic/mustard flavour (gets hotter over the season). Also edible are the seeds and roots as a condiment. Good wildlife and bee plant. Sun or part shade. Stratification: ND. Number of seeds: 20.
