Step aside “charcuterie”, we like to use the Hungarian word for a cold plate — hidegtál — an appetizer assortment of a variety of Hungarian meats, local cheeses, bread, crackers, and a few fresh vegetables. Includes: one package each of téli and csabai salami, one package of smoked Hungarian bacon, one hot and one mild gyulai kolbász, and three packages each of our hot and mild sausage sticks.
