Hungarian themed Wooden Nativity Set

This beautiful nativity set will be a treasured part of your Christmas celebration for years to come.  This 11 piece set is hand painted with delightful details relating to Hungarian heritage. The artist used acrylic paint on wood sealed with polyurethane. This is not a child’s play set. However, I let my grandchildren reset the pieces when they come to play and they love these little people. Anna, the artist, was born in Transylvania and met her husband, who is from Gyula, Hungary, while they were both studying in Budapest. In 1998, they moved to the USA. Anna began designing and painting Hungarian folk art, capturing the richness and beauty of her Hungarian heritage in every piece.
