Tempus Two Copper Series Shiraz

Tasting note: Bright and vibrant note with blue fruits, some richer red and dark berry fruits, sweet fruit spice and vanilla from well-integrated oak. Berry fruits, blue fruit, sweet spice and subtle vanilla notes. Palate is well rounded with soft subtle tannins giving a great juiciness accompanied by a brightness of acid. Additional information: The Barossa is considered a Mediterranean climate typically experiences cool, wet winters and warm, dry summers, ideal for grape growing. The Copper Series, ripe in style and oaked accordingly, will drink delightfully young and age gracefully over the next decade. Shiraz from growers in the Barossa Valley from vines of approx 20 years old. All grown on VSP system and irrigated. The wines scream’s “powerful” with the most alluring accent; minimal intervention throughout was adopted in the winery, the outcome: brooding palatability with bright acidity, utterly moreish. 50% new French and American oak were utilised, and the wine remained in oak for 14 months before It was assembled.
